The Finish
In the next few days 2008 will finish and what a year it has been, as it has brought so many challenges and changes for us to learn and accept. As we started 2008 and the new beginning of a new nine year cycle we knew we would see and feel changes and we were all required to search within and put alot more effort into daily life.
2008 increased and induced fear in people that we have not seen for along time and I believe we are going to see even more changes in 2009 as the energy settles into the second year of this new nine years cycle.
I believe the business world will never be the same again as the cause and affect of living over and above our means has hit the world between the eyes and we are seeing the cause and afect from our financial institutions and company redundancies. So what has the last year asked you to take stock of? what changes have you had to accept? have you been challenged financially, in business, career, health or in relationships and how have you coped with these challenges.
We have not seen the full extent of the world financial crisis and I believe business will have to adapt to the required expectations of their customers, as people feel more entitled than ever before. Customers want service and a expect things to be done right now and payment terms to suit them and this means that there will be more pressure put on owners, managers and staff to adapt to these expectations. We will see more companies hit the wall as the challenges will be so great and some will not have the skills required to continue on. People have ignored the energy warnings of the of the last few years and now these warnings are here and have hit us where it hurts.
I have been struggling how to settle with these warnings and energy alerts and how to deliver them to people as they do not want to know what is coming but in order to live in the new energy you MUST release the old and antiquated ways and mind sets. it is time to release the past and embrace the new, if you don’t you will fight the energy and you wont win – The choice is yours! change and learn or be stubborn and struggle.
