It has been a while since I have written in my blog as I have been busy writing an eBook on money, numerology in 2009 which is near completion and will be available for free on my website www.woman2woman.co.nz in May so keep a look out.
The energy this month has been more relaxing and not so tiresome which I have enjoyed. I feel there are some restrictions coming in May that I wanted to warn you about as I feel with the right mind space it will be easier to cope with. I feel there will also be another shift in the USA which will make the money markets nervous and in NZ we should see a small window and a drop in interest rates so make the most of this if you have not already.
Business is still tough for some and really bad for others and again attitude and mind set will make the differenceto get through this time with less stress. The more passion you have for what your doing the better, as passion helps find windows of opportunity. If you have no passion at all and life or work it is just a drudge then I would take a good look and make some decisions as life is too short to be a drudge.
Passion makes all the difference to what your doing as it induces the right hormones to have more fun.

I was emailed a few times this past moth with essentially the same question, so I have copied one and answered
Question: This year has been very hard for everyone at home and work but I seem to be feeling the effects physically and my moods go up and down, nothing is wrong specifically except for a heaviness that seems to be attached to me and everyone around me. Every time I ask someone how they are they seem to answer “I am tired” or “not really sure”. Any thoughts?
Answer: As you know we finished a 27-year cycle in 2007 and started a new beginning in 2008. The change and the new energy appears to have taken a long time to settle. The old outmoded energy from this time is still being removed – especially from us physically. Some people still hang onto their old antiquated ways of thinking and living their lives the same way and wonder why they keep facing challenges. The harder and the heavier the energy feels the more you need to look at why.
I believe the western financial world as we know it has changed forever and the crash of September 2008 was the breaking point of a major energy shift that is still happening now. Due to this, people have become imbalanced: imagine a huge energy pendulum moving from side to side, moving massive amounts of energy with each swing. I don’t feel it will settle till later in 2009 and longer for those that fight the change.
The shift in energy is affecting emotions and the strength of these is causing physical reactions in some. Over the last eighteen months the clearing of the cycle continues as we head towards completion. At present, the new energy is pouring onto the planet but this change won’t happen fast. It is like living with two extremes at the moment as the pendulum still reminds us what we need to let go of. What’s the key thing that is on your mind and you just can’t shake or release? If you keep fighting your fires with same blanket eventually you will be overcome.
Fighting this energy shift will have such an adverse affect on your personal and business life, so why not learn to accept it, embrace the change and enhance your life. If you are unsure of how to do this, then take some professional advice from a life or business coach, counselor or have a reading.
Relationships will be challenged and stale friendship released as people will feel drawn to new and likeminded people that make them feel more inspired and have more fun. Old relationships with be challenged.
Those that use this energy and accept the change will flourish as they will feel lighter and see they can achieve more. This new shift in consciousness will bring new ideas – we will see new businesses and new business practice as well as a new wave of entrepreneurs emerge.
Many people started 2009 feeling tired and wanting a rest but instead of a rest they got a big shake up. If you are one of these people that stated the year tired and have had to push yourself everyday to keep going then you need to stop, take a look at why it is so hard. If you cannot work it out on your own then get some help or otherwise you may stay in this energy for the next 7 years.
Embrace the changes, be flexible and open up to the new energy, be more considered and ask your inner guiding system to help you to make good financial and life decisions.

Get ready for a tense and possibly frustrating Full Moon as dreams and reality clash and ask for more effort and attention. Six months ago, the New Moon in Virgo on August 30th brought you to a crossroads as i explained in my blog. What was dead or dying could no longer be ignored and we certainly have seen this in the business world. A change in your status quo was underway and you took action on intentions to break with old routines and habits that were holding you back.
what you have tried to accomplish over this time will now be like looking in a mirror and it is time to use your creative self to inspire that healthier life. you must have faith in yourself to achieve the next stage for 2009. This Full Moon reveals your progress and what still calls for release and change, so if you want to change then embrace it or you will stay the same and keep reliving the past. Ground yourself, be flexible, and take some time to think things through… avoid snap judgments or harsh impulsive reactions. You can’t ignore the seismic activity, so aim to keep the best of the old while bringing in elements of the new.
The trick this Full Moon teaches about is how to keep inspiration alive while also keeping your eye on practical mundane matters.

Hi All
Well the last two weeks has been an emotional roller coaster as promised and many of us including myself have been required to face many emotions and feelings. Many of you have emailed expressing your feelings that seem to hard to handle or make decisions on.
The thing that has helped me the most is to check in and listen to my instinct and ask for guidance, which I have received right away and this has certainly settled my feelings and given me the confidence to walk ahead.
Many of you have found this time unbearable as the turbulent Full Moon Eclipse brought out the shadow side of the mind and it was easy to start questioning yourself and where you were headed. So how do you cope when things feel on top of you and too much to deal with. Over the next week you will find the energy restrictive and people may feel entitled and want your attention now, but you have to put your self first this week and may need to even say no. The more you prioritise and put your attention to the most urgent things in an orderly manor the better the outcome will be. You will also feel less tired and resolved especially when it comes to the pressure of time.
We are in the final phase of 2008 and what you went through in December you will finish off now. Next week we embrace 2009 as the new year finally starts and is settled in its energy, and this is when you should re-read the 2009 predictions and how to use the energy to help your self.
It is also a New Moon, have your goals planned and written and your budget set, then look to following the map on how to achieve them. Remember even though there is a recession doesn’t mean that you have to go down with it. This can be a time when you can say no to the kids, staff or who ever is putting pressure n you to spend as your have the world to back you up and you can say no! and feel at peace.
Try and make this year about everything but money. When you focus so intently on one thing you can strangle it and the media is still making us feel like we are on a loosing streak with no where to go but down. Only you can decide how and what you think and remember confidence and action is what will keep you grounded and strong. Well the first thing to be said is HAPPY NEW YEAR and welcome to a 29/11/2 vibration. This vibration is certainly not for the faint hearted as it is known as the heartache number. 2009 will be an extreme year with highs and lows and no middle ground; what you think about the year will determine the outcome.
This energy can swing from highs to lows experiencing extreme emotions. (But don’t worry as you read on its not all bad) you may find as people are more emotional than normal they may be harder to rely on and you will need to support your self through this year. I suggest only taking advice from people who are well informed and know their stuff as half or misinformed advice may lead you into trouble.
This vibration also has a strong deception element so I advise against rushing in and promising the earth personally and in business, weigh all the facts and when the way is clear then move or say what is needed. Still leave some room to move as the unexpected element will exist all year and appear without warning wiping people off their feet. Having a positive, smart and clear mind may be the difference from swimming or sinking in these times.
Without taking in all the information especially where money and business are concerned this may leave you feeling unsupported and bitter, immobilising you and those close to you.
2008 was a new beginning and the foundation year of new energy, projects, ideas, relationships and changed business and our financial markets for ever. The new projects and activities that you started last year are still vulnerable and may bring you face to face with responses from the world outside yourself; you may feel insecure or experience fears about these newly formed projects or what is ahead for business globally and if you are prone to doubting or second guessing yourself, you may struggle at the early part of the year to maintain focus on your project or goal. A new year always makes us think of the past and re-evaluate our lives and this is time when you need more…. So get more i.e. read, use the internet, get a reading or a life or business coach what ever helps you settle into this new energy, but settle you must.
Weigh things up through logic and use your mind to face life and overcome difficulty. If you’re going through something that is pushing your limits, then slow down and take time to support you and the situation. Be positive and look for doorways and solutions without selling your soul at the same time and find some balance in these extreme situations as this may be a key factor in completing 2009 successfully.
Love, Family and Relationships
To understand any situation requires learning so patience is the best tact to take and try not to take anything personally, although hard when emotions are involved. Due to a high element of emotion it is easy to play the blame game and misunderstandings could occur when discussion get heated. Try and look at the situation for what it is then make decisions. Watch your tongue as it is very hard to take things back once said, try and analyse the situation and understand why things have happened and you will find the relationship can move foreword and be more fulfilled.
Many relationships will be put to the tests this year as our finances are challenged in New Zealand and the world occur. To avoid misunderstanding have a plan and a budget set that everyone is clear on. Try and have some treats as it is not about restriction but getting the best out of the least.
Children… For those with children especially teens they will test your patience as the indecisive factor will be at the front, don’t expect things to be easy, breathe and try and let things go. Ask them to clean up rather than tell as the stubbornness gene will be huge, causing frustrations and tempers to fly. If you let everything get to you then explosive moments will happen, making the situation worse and taking the situation to a complete stand still. Use your instincts and be a little more positively manipulative and the energy at home will be more fluid and in your favour.
You need to watch teens being influenced by peers as the experimental, sex, drinking and drugs elements are stronger and boundaries will need to be set and followed through to keep them safe and you at peace. If you are finding it hard to compromise with your teens try writing a contract together (you must both or all agrees with the terms) with consequences for you and them. If someone breaks the rules or parameters then the agreed terms of the contract must be enforced or it won’t work.
Most of all a loving atmosphere is needed for the wellbeing of everyone. With love and understanding obstacles can be overcome.
Love… It is a great year to connect to people so networking on every level is in your favour and should be taken seriously. For those wanting to find love the energy is behind you so try and loose those old habits and antiquated thoughts that have kept you back in the past. If you want love! This year to get it, don’t hide and be lonely or find ways of believing I will never meet someone, and it is true you wont meet them in your lounge. If you want love! This is the year to get it! Don’t hide, or be lonely rather find ways of connecting and believe in yourself. Don’t keep reaffirming “I will never meet someone” and it is true you won’t meet them in your lounge.
Try and support a cause or organisation that helps others this year financially or any other support that you can muster as being socially aware will help you too. 2009 is an inclusive year not just about you.
Health
This year’s vibration affects the nervous system so if you worry too much it may affect you physically. Take control of your though process and make sure you nurture the physical body, as when you are physically depleted it will affect the emotion and as you can see from what I have written earlier this could lead to emotional chaos in relationships.
Limit food and alcohol intake as the body is going to be more sensitive in general and will have reactions to over indulgences. Gentle exercise like yoga will have increased benefits to your mind and body being a year that is sensitive to the spiritual and the moon.
Spiritual
Spiritual growth and understanding of life will be easy to grasp this year. This vibration assist our consciousness (awareness) and our instincts can be spot on but often ignored as there is something you do not want to face up to.
Business and Money
Working with the energy and not against it also makes life easier and I will try and keep you posted regarding the energy fluctuations. Energy comes in waves positive and negative and being aware of this is half the battle and keeping those emotions settled will help you succeed in 2009. Check out my blog for the warnings and green lights weekly.
You will need diplomacy and understanding this year especially where staff is concerned, as people will be more emotional. Give clear information and all the information if you want a concise job done . By holding back or not giving them outlined expectations may then lead to mistakes and an unhappy employee or team. You may then loose key people and they are not easy to get no matter what the job market not to mention the cost to retrain.
The general public will feel the credit crunch this year as we will see credit agencies enforce policy on anyone late or in default. The credit crunch has not hit the personal sector yet but it will. Try and look at other ways of making money or making your company more effiecient.
I feel the retail market will take another dive in February and we should see another major fluctuation in the USA and European markets. There will be three significant months of our year, February, June and September and I will be writing more in-depth information in my blog closer to the time. April will bring some light relief to all and the overall feeling will be positive this month. But don’t be lulled into a false sense of security as it is short lived.
There will be many business go under this year as they have missed or ignored the warnings of the previous years and not changed with the times. If you feel you have or can see issues then take some advice and do something about it before it is too late if you ignore you will pay.
Make informed decisions as it is essential to read and have a full understanding of the legal small print before signing or committing to anything. Get a business reading or advice and be as informed as possible.
There will be businesses that fare very well but these will be due to service and professional standards and make sure you walk the talk and then you will enjoy the banking.
It will be a lean year but as long as you are informed or your financial controller is then you should be on safer ground, take nothing for granted and don’t leave things to chance.
I cannot stress enough the hidden dangers in legal documents so be forewarned, anything done in a rush or without the right advice will have a strong affect and may not show up for years to come.
Business as we know it has changed. Money is energy, money in and money out, keep the flow going and release money with a positive attitude. I believe our credit and lending criteria will change over the next five years as more companies will push the boundaries enforcing others to shut things down and change their terms and conditions, putting new pressures on business as we know it. Try and keep your payments as on time as possible, and communicate with your suppliers or creditors. If they are over the terms or expectation put some goals in place to getting the payments up to date in a shorter period as possible. If there are areas of your business that are lacking or loosing money, sort them out and be clear or you may not survive – like I said, this year will be extreme so best not ignore any sign posts.
2009 is all about consolidating foundations and for business to survive to 2010 and beyond you will need to work on your business and not get lost in it. Delegate where possible and don’t let the fear of the world shut you down. Business has never been for those assured of success as it takes guts and belief in you, your support team and some luck. Some of the most successful people in our world follow their instincts. What are yours telling you? Remember the energy this year is hidden and easily confused. If you live in a busy mind how can you be clear on what you want and then give clear instruction to anyone else.
Banks will be harder to deal with and not giving at all, they will require your life on a platter but again if you approach this with fear the energy is weakened. Know what you have and what you need and remove the fear. Lock interest rates in this year as it is better to know what you have for the future.
Confidence is the key to dealing with banks as they work for you, if you go in begging you give your power away and weaken your intention.
Our government will blame the past one, what else is new. But it will be a tough job for them to get through this year. Global economies are shaky and you will hear some negative talk through 2009 but we have lived through resesions before and made it through and will again.
How you deal with it in your mind will make the most difference to you.
